Labour Policy

The University of Faisalabad is committed to providing a work environment that ensures every employee is treated with dignity, respect and equitable treatment. Therefore, the university of Faisalabad strictly follows Pakistan's labour laws, discouraging child labour, refering to the exploitation of children through any form of work.

Some of the critical features of labourer policies are as under:


●     University ensures that employees working in the university do so voluntarily and do not engage in or support forced labour.

●     University does not engage or support the use of forced labour in any activities.

●     University provides facilities to promote discouragement of forced labour.

●     University ensures the protection of employee's rights or workplace.

●     Labour policy is strictly implemented in the workplace on all employees of the university.

●     University does not discriminate based on race, age, colour, sex, national origin.

●     University provides the right for employees to leave the premises after completing their standard workday.

●     All the employees are informed in terms of their employment.
