The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adopted by world leaders in 2015, aim to end poverty, reduce inequality, and address the pressing challenge of climate change by 2030. Achieving these goals requires collective action from governments, institutions, businesses, and communities to build a fairer and more sustainable future. Aligned with these global objectives, The University of Faisalabad actively promotes the SDG “Life Below Water” by addressing issues related to water pollution and marine conservation. Through awareness programs, research, and community partnerships, the university works to protect aquatic ecosystems, encourage responsible waste management, and ensure cleaner water resources for future generations.
