Gender Equality undermines our social fabric and our ethics. It is one of the severe global issues because inequality in this sphere is a tremendous waste of the world's human potential. The denial of women's rights suppresses social, political, and economic equality for women. The University of Faisalabad understands the importance of women empowerment and take countless initiatives to end this discrimination. We established policies to promote education in underrepresented areas to empower women by eliminating all forms of violence against girls in public and private spheres, including trafficking and sexual or other types of exploitation at home and outside. We aim to make women capable of taking the stand, building their careers, and educating the next generation in a better way. University conducted accessible lectures, camps in schools, colleges and the rural regions. The University of Faisalabad firmly takes a stand against forced marriages. We believe that women have the right to fully participate in leadership and decision making at all levels in political, economic and public life, and they have the right to make their own decisions. For promoting good wellbeing, the University ensures universal access to reproductive health and reproductive rights for women. We believe in Fair treatment policy to give equal seat quota and job opportunities to women. We have supported newlywed women by offering daycare facilities so they can concentrate on pursuing their dreams. Furthermore, we contribute by equally paying to female faculty and administrative staff. To promote and raise awareness about women education in underrepresented areas.
