WEBINAR ON WORLD MALARIA DAY

The University Of Faisalabad Department Of Community Medicine conducted a webinar on World Malaria Day with theme “Zero Malaria - Draw the Line against Malaria” on April 21, 2021 organized by Dr Sumera Riaz, Associate Professor, Department of Community Medicine. The purpose was to shed insight on the preventive measures for malaria control. Guest speaker Dr Mohammed Zulqarnain, currently serving as District Health Program Coordinator for Epidemics Control, Faisalabad District, gave a brief overview of Pakistan’s malaria control program. He shared his field experience with the audience. The webinar was concluded with a live Q&A session from MBBS students of University Medical and Dental College.
