EQUAL RIGHTS FOR LABOUR
University management strives to provide a workplace where employees can fulfill their potential in an open and inspirational working environment. University maintains a strong commitment to high standards that deliver a fair, respectable, and safe workplace for all employees especially women. University has a committee to handle labor issues by ensuring their dignity and protecting them against discrimination. Moreover, University hold regular meeting with all staff of university to make ensure they are well treated and also resolve disputes of employees.
University also provides free education to employee children whose salary less than 150 USD per month, free accommodation to the out stationed employees and subsidized food. University has well established office for women empowerment to ensure social, cultural, economic and legal empowerment of women. Due to these attiring efforts of university leadership, university is the recipient of Corporate Social Responsibility Awards (CSR) in 2019, 2020 and 2021 for remarkable efforts and initiatives taken under CSR in the category of women welfare, empowerment and development
FREE MEAL AND ACCOMMODATION FOR STAFF
The University of Faisalabad is well renowned for various nonprofit projects for the welfare and social uplift of the community. University is providing three time free meal and accommodation to the janitorial staff.

MEETING WITH JANITORIAL STAFF TO HANDLE THEIR ISSUES
Staff members collectively work together builds a team environment. University of Faisalabad encourages collaborative effort of staff members for smooth conduction of tasks. University arranged every month meeting with Staff members to hear their issues and provide them the solutions.
CHRISTMAS DAY
University believes on giving equal rights and opportunities for all employees. A cake-cutting ceremony for Christian employees was organized in the context of Christmas day, in TUF Engineering Wing. The ceremony was started with a special prayer. Faculty and staff members were present to celebrate the day with Christian employees.
AFTAR DINNER
University management hosted Iftar Dinner every year for faculty and staff members.
