Innovation in Food System Nutrition, Challenges & Opportunities

The Placement Bureau took another initiative for Innovation in the food system through a seminar entitled "Innovation in Food System Nutrition, Challenges & Opportunities" conducted at The University of Faisalabad which was essential for addressing various challenges such as food security, sustainability, nutrition, and food waste reduction. Mr Shahzaib Nadeem, Product Manager, Nutri factor Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. emphasized uponembracing some innovative approaches and technologies, through which the food system can become more resilient, sustainable, and equitable, ensuring the availability of safe, nutritious, and affordable food for all. This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by addressing Goal 2: Zero Hunger, Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, and Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production.
