Sustainable Nutrition Month

The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Faisalabad organized a seminar titled "Beyond the Table," which explores holistic well-being and nourishment. This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by promoting Goal 2: Zero Hunger through advocacy for balanced diets, Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being by encouraging healthy eating habits, and Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production by emphasizing the reduction of food waste and mindful resource consumption. By fostering awareness of sustainable nutrition, we can enhance personal health and contribute to a healthier planet.
