Cooked Food Distribution in Flood Affected Areas

Efforts have been made to provide relief to flood-affected areas of Sindh, Punjab, and Balochistan through the distribution of cooked food. The areas covered include Thar, Khairpur, Nawab Shah, Tando Allahyar, Saeedabad, Thatha, Saeedpur Badeen, Sukkur, and Goth Ehsan. Volunteers distributed more than 30 daigs of chicken salan, 52 haleem daigs, over 21,000 chappaties, and more than 8500 kg of cooked rice. The distribution of hot and nutritious food helped alleviate the suffering of people in flood-affected areas who were struggling to meet their basic needs. The effort was made possible through the tireless work and dedication of volunteers who worked selflessly to provide support and relief to those in need. These efforts demonstrate the power of community-led initiatives in responding to natural disasters and helping those who are most vulnerable.
